What Do I Do Now?
  1. You need to pay the $55 Application Fee (either by Direct Deposit at a Westpac Branch or by Internet Banking) into the following Account
    Please Note: This fee must be paid within five working days. Applications received without the Application Fee (and other associated documentation) will not be processed:

    Important: when paying the Application Fee, you must provide your Application ID as the Deposit Reference. If you do not provide your Application ID as the Deposit Reference your application may not be processed.

  2. Download the Personal Reference Form. You must give this form to your Parish Priest or other Religious Minister, or your School Principal, or Year 12 Coordinator. If you are more than 12 months out of school, you may give the form to a University staff member or an employer, or a non-relative who holds a position of responsibility and who knows you well.

  3. In addition to this Personal Reference Form, you must send at least one (and not more than two) other Character Reference(s) by post (or by fax if time is limited). NOTE: These references must be written by persons who did not complete the Personal Reference Form. These references should be written by non-relatives who hold a position of responsibility in the community and who know you well.

  4. Send your HSC Results / Academic Transcript by post (or by fax if time is limited).
    If you are applying before your results are released, you must send them when they become available.

  5. Early Round applicants should receive notification by email and SMS by December 15. Main Round applicants should receive notification by email and SMS by February 2. If you have not received notification via email or SMS by the appropriate dates, please contact the College to check the status of your application.

Checklist
  1. Have you submitted the Application Form? If you have submitted the form correctly you will have been sent a confirmation email to the address you provided on the Application Form.
  2. Have you downloaded the Personal Reference Form and given it to the appropriate person to complete and return to the College?
  3. Have you sent at least one other Character Reference (no more than two) and your Academic Results to the College?
  4. Have you paid the Application Fee, ensuring that you have supplied your Application ID as the Deposit Reference?
