Mature Age and Post-Graduate Accommodation

St Francis’ College administers cottage accommodation at Vianney College. Vianney College is situated 800 metres from the front gates of the main campus of Charles Sturt University, Wagga Wagga. The cottages are fully equipped with dining/lounge rooms, kitchen and laundry. Each bedroom in the cottages is equipped with the following: a single bed; doona, doona cover, pillow and bed linen; large study desk and chair; ensuite with toilet, shower and vanity unit; telephone; air conditioner; bookcase; armchair; wardrobe; waste bin. Attention has been given to noise reduction, creating a quieter environment for study than conventional student accommodation. The cottage accommodation is available to postgraduate or mature-age male students. This accommodation is available on a 40 week basis, and is fully self-catered. The cottage accommodation is for males only. There is, however, a room in one of the cottages which is very large and would suit a married couple. Cottage accommodation at St Francis is fully self-catered and offered on a 40 week basis. In 2005 the fees for a room in a cottage will be $5,600. †Go to top of page Does this include meals? Each cottage has a kitchen for the use of residents. Each kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave oven, and refrigerator. †Go to top of page What do I need to supply in order to prepare my own meals? You will need to provide your own cutlery, crockery, cookware, cooking utensils, cups and glasses. †Go to top of page What else do I need to bring? While most College functions would be specific to undergraduate residents, mature-age/postgraduate residents are welcome to take part in some College functions.
