Fees vary according to the type of room requested/allocated and the length of contract period. CSU Students are eligible for a 35 week contract. Please note that you get to keep your room for the entirety of semester 1 and 2 - That is, you do *not* have to vacate your room during the holidays at Easter, mid-year, etc

[Evening meals are catered Monday-Thursday during the 28 academic session weeks of CSU's semester 1 and 2.]

There are three payment options. Residents may elect to:

  • pay for the full year upfront and receive a $100 discount; or
  • pay per semester (2 payments per year); or
  • pay by the term - a total of 4 equal instalments.
